With the completion of our new horizontal and vertical coating line – as well as the implementation of a lamination plant on the premises of GUTMANN Bausysteme GmbH in Weißenburg – we have significantly expanded our manufacturing capabilities.

Decor and special colours
GUTMANN offers countless combination and variation options. All colours according to RAL and NCS, as well as decorative and special colours, are available. This allows windows, doors, and façades to be perfectly matched to their surroundings.
High switching rate
In addition to profiles, aluminium shells for wooden and PVC windows, as well as edge parts in U- and Z-shapes, can also be coated. One of the two production lines is designed for a high changeover rate, allowing up to 60 different colours to be processed per day.
High-tech machines
To better meet customer needs, GUTMANN invested nearly seven million euros at its Weißenburg site in a new powder coating facility featuring two coating lines. The facility has a capacity of 1.4 million m² and is designed for the coating of small batch sizes.
